RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Dirty Merch, each order is carefully prepared and inspected before it leaves us. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases made through Dirty Merch are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or order cancellations once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law.

EXCHANGES

We understand that sometimes you may need a different size. Eligible apparel items may be exchanged for another size of the same item, subject to availability.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, makeup, deodorant, fragrance, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any shipping costs associated with sending the replacement item.

If the requested size is unavailable, the original purchase will remain final sale unless otherwise required by law.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Swimwear where the hygienic liner has been removed or disturbed
  • Worn or washed merchandise
  • Customized or personalized merchandise
  • Clearance or specifically marked final-sale merchandise

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item.

If we determine that an error occurred on our end, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or resolution.

SHIPPING

Dirty Merch is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery. Please make sure your shipping information is correct before submitting your order.

By completing a purchase with Dirty Merch, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Exchange Policy.
